Leaderboard and Feed
Two tabs of the left column are about people trading on mints. The leaderboard ranks them, the feed shows every trade as it happens. Both count only trades made through mints, never the rest of the market.
Trades made on mints
Like FOMO, mints lists only what its own users do. Sales from the rest of the market draw the price chart and the numbers above it, and nothing else. Everything below comes from one ledger of trades made through mints, and every entry in it is proven on chain.
| Trade | Label | Counted when |
|---|---|---|
| Buying a listing | Buy | The transaction succeeded. On Ethereum, Base and Robinhood Chain the receipt must show it was sent by your wallet and the NFT arrived in it. On Solana mints sends the transaction itself. |
| Selling into the best offer from the Sell tab | Sell | The receipt shows the NFT left your wallet. |
| A limit order placed on mints that the market filled | Buy or Sell | The sale of your listed NFT, or the sale into your collection offer, shows up on the market. |
| Minting a launchpad NFT | Mint | The mint transaction landed. The price is the mint price. |
| A launchpad listing sold on mints | Buy and Sell | One trade for the buyer and one for the seller. |
| An agent drop to a coin holder | Drop | The NFT reached the winner. It is free. |
Buying the same NFT on another marketplace does not show up here, even if you hold it. See Discover and collection pages for what this means on a collection page.
The leaderboard
The Top tab ranks wallets by what they traded on mints over the last 30 days, on all four chains. The board is rebuilt every 2 minutes.
- 1Volume, PnL, Trades three ways to rank the same traders, all over the last 30 days.
- 2Chains only traders active on that chain.
- 3Rank position on the current board, with the volume and the number of trades under the name.
- 4Realized PnL in dollars, with the logos of the chains it traded on.
How it is computed
| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Volume | Every buy plus every sell the wallet made on mints, in dollars at the rate of the moment of each trade. |
| Realized PnL | For every NFT the wallet sold on mints: the sale minus what that same wallet paid for that same NFT on mints. Purchases are matched first in, first out. |
| Trades | Number of buys plus number of sells. Mints count as buys. |
The top 100 wallets by volume are ranked. The PnL and Trades boards sort those same 100 wallets differently.
FIFO and drops, worked through
One wallet, one collection. Each sale is matched with the oldest unsold purchase of the same NFT by the same wallet. A drop is a purchase that cost nothing: it is not a trade and adds no volume, so whatever the NFT sells for later is all profit.
Names and pictures
A trader with a mints profile shows its mints name and picture. Otherwise EVM wallets show their OpenSea name and picture, refreshed once a day, and Solana wallets show their short address. Click any trader to open their profile with positions and thesis.
The feed
Feed is one stream of every trade made on mints, across all collections, mixed with new thesis. New items appear at the top; the list refreshes every 15 seconds.
- 1Who the wallet, with its name and picture when known. Click for the profile.
- 2Buy, Sell, Mint, Drop or Thesis what happened. The time on the right says how long ago.
- 3What the collection, the dollar value and the price in the chain's currency.
- 4Thesis a new thesis shows its first words. Click it to read it on the collection page.
- 5Drop an NFT a launch agent gave to a coin holder, for free.
To keep the feed and a collection open side by side, use Split bottom or Split right under the left column, see Discover and collection pages.
